All our Macs have been fully tested by our onsite engineers and any defect will be mentioned or shown on our website page. Due to our ambition in keeping our customers happy we strive to give the best possible experience when browsing through our items, unlike any other retailer we use the actual product photo to best describe the condition of the laptop as accordance to our grading policy.

Grade A

Grade A condition, means that both the body and screen will be in very good condition. There might be light signs of use, such as minor surface wear on the base or corners of the body.
